Transparency: Clear, brilliant and of great luminosity. It is shown as a transparent and vivacious water.
Freshness It reflexes a natural freshness, very pleasant to taste, which grows with the pass of time.
Odor: At nose it is shown very clear and with almost imperceptible musks. Aniseed and dry grass bouquets appear.
Acidity: It shows a medium to low acidity, very pleasant and delicate.
Tastiness: It shows a global content of low minerals, does not show taste or salinity in mouth. It leaves a mild sweet taste at the bottom of mouth, with a gentle aniseed taste.
Structure: It is a well-balanced water and presents a uniform structure in all its tasteful aspects. Its natural freshness compliments in good manner with all flavors at aftertaste.
Softness: It shows a taste sensation that defines it as a elegant and soft water, that leaves a silky sensation at the bottom of mouth.
Persistence: It is a medium to low persistence water, marked by its delicate aniseed and dry grass notes, that perfectly wraps with its delicacy and low-minerality in mouth.
